This includes any content, functionality, and services offered on or through our websites, and our online application that operates on smartphones, tablets, and other devices providing dedicated non-browser-based interaction between you and our websites (collectively referred to as the “Application”). This applies whether you are a registered member/user or a business profile owner/account manager.

Please read the Privacy Policy carefully before you start using the Application. By accessing the Application, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not access or use the Application.

This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and share your information whenever you use the Application. It captures almost every aspect of the Application.

Policy Amendments

The Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time at our sole discretion, with immediate effect. Any revisions or updates to the Privacy Policy will be indicated by changing the “Last Updated” date listed above. You will be bound by any updated Privacy Policy if you continue to use the Application.

Account Creation

To create an account, we must collect a few basic details about you: a username, password, mobile number, and an email address. If you log in via Facebook, basic information such as your date of birth, email address, and profile picture will be pulled and displayed for you to confirm.

Login via Third Parties

If you log in via Google, Apple, Facebook, or Huawei, basic information such as your email address and profile picture will be pulled and displayed for you to confirm before connecting. Additionally, we might see who you follow and read tweets from your timeline. If you do not wish to share such information, you can always delete the application at any time.

Information We Collect

Device Information

We collect information from and about the computers, phones, connected TVs, hardware, and other web-connected devices you use that integrate with our application. This includes the operating system, hardware and software versions, operations and behaviors performed on the device, your networks and connections, and data from cookies stored on your device.

Account Information

When you sign up for an account or log in to the Application, we may collect your phone number, Google account information, or Apple account information, depending on the method you choose to authenticate.

Push Notifications

If you opt-in to receive push notifications, we may collect and store device tokens and other information necessary to send you push notifications.

Payment Information

When you make purchases within the Application using the Stripe payment system, we collect and store information necessary to process the payment, such as your payment card details. We do not store any payment card details on our servers; instead, we securely transmit this information to Stripe for payment processing.

Contact List Information

We access your contacts to find your contacts in our database and show your friends & family who is using our platform. You can directly connect with them in our platform.
We will not store any contact info in our database if they are not a part of our platform.

Location Information

With your consent, we collect your device location to securely and reliably set up and maintain your account and to provide our location-based features. If you are not willing to share your location, you can delete the application at any time.

Application Permissions

We collect information that you allow us to receive through the device settings you enable, such as camera, microphone, memory card, phone dialer, network access, and connections.

Content Information
  • Photos uploaded to a venue profile page will be available for users to view.
  • We may share information about you in response to legal processes or requests for information if we believe disclosure is consistent with, or required by, applicable laws, rules, or regulations; to investigate or remedy potential violations of our user agreements or policies; to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or others; or in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
  • Any information displayed on the Application via a third-party source (e.g., Facebook, Twitter) falls under the consent and terms of use by these services. For more information, please refer to our Terms of Use.

How We Use Information

We (and/or the entities or companies listed in the “Who We Share Information With” section below) may use your information for the following purposes:

  • To assist you with customer service queries or provide information you have requested;
  • To manage your account;

  • To improve our service offering or the Application;
  • To combine it with information we already hold lawfully through other sources;

Account Deletion

Users of the Application have the option to delete their accounts at any time. This can be done through the account settings or by contacting our support team.

  • Effect of Account Deletion: Upon deletion of the account, all personally identifiable information associated with the account will be permanently removed from our active databases. This includes account credentials, contact information, and any other data provided by the user during account registration and usage.
  • Retention of Information: While the user’s account and associated personal information will be removed from our active databases immediately upon account deletion, some information may be retained in our backup systems for a limited period before being permanently deleted as part of our routine backup and data retention procedures.
  • Inactive Account Status: Following the deletion of the account, the user’s account will be marked as inactive, and no further processing of personal information will occur.
  • Backup Data Retention Period: It may take up to 12 months for all traces of the account and associated data to be removed from our backup systems. During this 12-month period, the user’s account information will remain in our backup systems as part of our routine backup processes. However, no active processing or usage of this data will occur during this period.
  • Permanent Data Erasure: After the 12-month retention period, the data associated with the user’s account will be securely and permanently erased from our backup systems. This includes all backups and data archives where the user’s information may have been stored.
  • Impact on Services: Upon deletion of the account, the user will no longer have access to the services and features provided by the Application. Any data or information associated with the user’s account will be irretrievably lost, and the user will need to create a new account if they wish to use the Application in the future.
  • Data Removal Requests: If a user wishes to request the deletion of their account or has any questions regarding the account deletion process, they can contact our support team for assistance.

Updates to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy within the Application or by other means. Your continued use of the Application after the effective date of the updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
