Core Concept: Price, Markup, and Transaction Fees

Partner’s Net Price (A)
- This is the amount you wish to receive for your offer, inclusive of any applicable VAT on your end.
- You are responsible for paying Stripe Payment Portal 1 AED flat fee plus 3% on your portion (A).
7NIGHTS Markup or Commission
- 7NIGHTS adds its markup or calculates its commission on top of (A).
- 7NIGHTS covers 3% on its portion (the markup or commission), but not the 1 AED flat fee.
- The final customer sale price (B) is therefore A + Markup (or a recommended retail price if using commission).
Payment Processing & Settlement
- The total price (B) is charged to the customer.
- Stripe’s fee for each transaction is 1 AED plus 3% of the total amount. For simplicity, we split that fee so each party covers the relevant portion:
  - The partner pays 1 AED + 3% on their share (A).
  - 7NIGHTS pays 3% on its share (the markup or commission).
- After these fees, each party receives its net revenue.
